It may sound silly, but I'm thankful that we have one so close to us here in Eugene. It's so nice to be able to get things that we go through so quickly in bulk and at cheaper prices. It saves us countless dollars as well as time having to go back and forth to the grocery store. We don't get everything there, but we do get the basics that we go through: peanut butter, bread, coconut oil, frozen fruit (when they have it organic), coffee, etc. Ocassionally they have organic fruit and we'll grab some, but I typically shop for those locally at our smaller market.
Gotta love Costco.
